Key Responsibilities Risk Assessment & Compliance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
  • Ensure full compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.

Vendor & Purchase Management

  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring transparent and efficient management practices.
  • Negotiate and process purchase bills accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate vendor contracts, pricing structures, and service terms to maximize cost-effectiveness and value.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare annual and departmental budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Track, monitor, and report expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Commercial Strategy & Governance

  • Support senior management in strategic commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness for all commercial activities.
  • Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and legal teams to streamline and govern commercial processes.
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, vendor management, or legal / risk functions.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance frameworks, and budgeting processes.
  • Proven negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, solutions, and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Digital & Technical Proficiency

  • Digitally confident and tech-savvy , with the ability to navigate mobile apps, dashboards, and web-based tools with ease.
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies, systems, and digital workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Experienced in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, project or vendor management platforms).
  • Capable of leveraging data and analytics tools for tracking budgets, vendor performance, and operational insights.
