About the job

We’re hiring an experienced Psychology Content Lead to drive the strategy, development, and execution of Re : Set’s well-being programs, courses, and digital learning content for B2B clients. This role demands a deep understanding of workplace well-being, psychology, and learning strategy to design engaging, evidence-based, and scalable solutions that enhance employee mental health, leadership capability, and organizational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and scale science-backed programs tailored for corporate clients across industries, integrating psychological frameworks and data-driven insights.
  • Lead the development of e-modules and online courses , including CPD-accredited and white-label formats, ensuring content is interactive, research-based, and aligned with client goals.
  • Manage and grow client relationships , ensuring strategic alignment with their well-being and learning objectives while maintaining long-term engagement.
  • Stay ahead of workplace well-being and learning trends , evolving our product and content strategy to reflect cutting-edge research and emerging business needs.
  • Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, facilitators, instructional designers, and writers to ensure excellence in learning design and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive engagement, utilization, and measurable business impact.
  • Innovate and launch new offerings , including blended learning programs, digital toolkits, and leadership well-being pathways.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and credibility by maintaining rigorous psychological and pedagogical standards across all learning materials.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to champion well-being and learning as strategic business priorities.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace well-being, organizational psychology, learning design, or program development .
  • Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory), with proven professional experience in mental health or organizational psychology.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling well-being and learning programs for corporate or institutional clients.
  • Expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital course development (e.g., Articulate, Kajabi, or LMS-based delivery).
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to diagnose organizational needs and build trust-based partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a high attention to detail, capable of balancing innovation with executional discipline.
  • Excellent leadership and team-development capabilities.
  • Curious, adaptable, and driven to build the future of workplace well-being through scalable learning.
