This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for a Field Sales Manager.
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors.
Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports, tracking industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications :
Sales and Marketing skills. Strong analytical and market research abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the sanitary-ware and tile industry is a plus.
Proven track record in sales and revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and lead a team. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
