Role : Senior Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct deep research on brands, market positioning, competitors, and audience insights.
Develop brand strategy presentations with clear communication of tone, positioning and storytelling.
Lead content planning, scripting, and copywriting aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
Manage client communication, ensure clarity in briefs, feedback loops and timely delivery.
Supervise and collaborate with designers, editors, and performance teams to execute campaigns.
Track platform analytics & performance metrics to refine content and growth strategies.
Stay updated with current trends, formats & cultural moments to create relevant and engaging content.
Oversee monthly calendars, production schedules and ensure seamless execution.
Present campaign ideas and performance reports confidently to clients.
Maintain brand identity consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience :
3+ years of experience handling brand social media (preferably real estate / e-commerce).
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging formats.
Proven experience in script writing and storytelling.
Smart problem-solving approach, not just theoretical knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines with clarity and calm.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling.
Comfortable in working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.
Good experience in Linkedin handling.
Nice to Have :
Understanding of paid promotions and performance analytics.
Experience working with photographers, editors and content creators.
