We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for ERP, CRM, and niche technology roles.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on specialized IT projects and possess excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment management for technical positions including ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.
- Understanding client requirements, delivering quality profiles within agreed timelines.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Managing candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Education :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably related to HR or IT.
