As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Sustainability Manager to drive our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and strengthen our commitment to sustainability across all markets.Role OverviewThe Sustainability Manager will lead the institute’s sustainability strategy, ensuring that our programs, operations, partnerships, and industry engagements align with international sustainability best practices. This role will develop high-impact sustainability frameworks, oversee ESG reporting, and support the design of sustainability-focused certification programs for global industry audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organization’s sustainability and ESG strategy across all business units in India and globally.Lead sustainability initiatives related to operational efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, responsible procurement, and waste minimization.Oversee ESG reporting, including sustainability disclosures, materiality assessments, and alignment with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.Provide subject-matter expertise for sustainability-focused training programs and certifications.Collaborate with academic partners, faculty experts, and industry bodies to integrate sustainability best practices into course design.Monitor evolving sustainability regulations, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to guide strategic decisions.Manage internal sustainability awareness and culture-building initiatives.Build partnerships with sustainability organizations, regulatory authorities, and professional associations.Track key sustainability metrics, prepare leadership reports, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG strategy, or corporate responsibility roles.Strong knowledge of global sustainability standards and reporting frameworks.Proven track record in designing and implementing sustainability programs.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.Passion for sustainability education and industry transformation.Why Join Us?Lead and shape sustainability strategy for a global professional education institution.Collaborate with international faculty experts and industry leaders.Opportunity to develop and influence sustainability-focused global certification programs.Supportive, innovative, and mission-driven work culture.Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.
