As operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing logistics and operations for our Central & Eastern Europe + Eurasia Geo. This is a unique opportunity of managing international warehouses & logistics operations from India.
KPIs
Your performance would be measured on key parameters such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, MIS reporting and last mile logistics costs.
Role will include
1. Managing last mile deliveries of all cities in the Central & Eastern Europe & Eurasian Union.
2. Setting up new fulfilment centres basis requirement.
3. Enhancing the customer experience.
4. Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service for smooth operations Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centres.
5. Responsible for creating and executing a world-class delivery experience.
6. Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization.
Qualifications
1. Engineering from Premium institutes like - IITs NITs
2. Previous relevant experience in Logistics operations in an ecommerce or D2C company.
3. Excellent collaboration skills so as to be able to work with geographically dispersed teams / associates.
4. Excellent management and reporting skills.
5. Problem Solving and ability to manage chaos.
6. Prior exposure to Import / Export preferred.
