Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end merchandising for men’s woven garments.
  • Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution.
  • Review tech packs, samples, and approvals to ensure buyer requirements are met.
  • Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and shipment schedules.
  • Negotiate costs and ensure price, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
  • Maintain strong buyer relationships and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements :

  • Graduate in Textile / Fashion / Apparel or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in garment merchandising (men’s woven garments preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, costing, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
