Job Summary :
A Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet defined quality standards. This role involves identifying defects, conducting audits and tests, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Test and inspect products or software for defects and performance issues.
- Document and track defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with development, production, and support teams to resolve quality issues.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Participate in review processes and suggest enhancements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures.
