Maintains smooth Transport operation at Client place
Major Responsibilities :
- MIS Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.
- SLA needs to be meet as per client SLA
- To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
- Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services spot rental airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
- Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
- Manage the transport team
- Vendor management from operational perspective
- Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
- Adherence to SLAs by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
- Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis

Any graduationWork Experience
Minimum Experience 8-10 Yrs in the same fieldCompensation : Commensurate with market
