Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Indian Commis at Botanica Restaurant, located in Bengaluru. The Indian Commis will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, focusing primarily on the Indian cuisine section. Responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting senior chefs, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The role requires active participation in upholding food quality and assisting in the swift delivery of meals during service hours.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a focus on Indian cuisine
Strong Culinary Skills and basic knowledge of kitchen operations
Understanding of Hygiene standards and food safety regulations
Good Communication skills to collaborate effectively within the kitchen team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to workload demands
Formal culinary training or certifications are a plus
Experience in high-quality dining establishments is preferred
