Role Overview
The E-commerce Manager will own the brand's online store operations, optimize customer experience, manage product listings, coordinate marketing campaigns, and drive online revenue. The ideal candidate understands both analytics and aesthetics — blending fashion sensibility with commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Platform Management
- Oversee daily operations of the brand website (Shopify / similar).
- Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory sync.
- Ensure seamless UI / UX, page load speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team on homepage banners, collections, and product imagery.
Sales & Performance
Track and analyze traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI across channels.Create monthly sales reports and forecast growth targets.Implement pricing and discount strategies aligned with campaigns.Marketing Coordination
Work with marketing to launch paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).Set up tracking pixels, UTM links, and analytics dashboards.Optimize product pages for SEO and conversions.Customer Experience & Operations
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth order fulfillment.Resolve customer issues, returns, and delivery escalations.Maintain product quality and availability online.Marketplace & International Expansion (Optional)
Manage listings and performance on external marketplaces (Nykaa, Ajio Luxe, Amazon, etc.).Explore opportunities for cross-border e-commerce (US / UK markets).Key Skills & Requirements
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably infashion / lifestyle
