About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support our HR operations, streamline processes, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration with efficiency and empathy.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Manage on boarding and induction for new hires to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

Assist in handling employee queries and resolving HR-related concerns promptly.

Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance and leave data.

Prepare monthly salary sheets and ensure timely payroll processing.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate .

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and MS Office tools.

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
