the Opportunity :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance / Accounting / Financial Analyst to support key financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

The role involves working closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate financial planning, adherence to accounting standards, and optimization of financial processes through ERP systems.

This position is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting skills with business acumen and a data-driven approach to analysis.

The role offers exposure to corporate finance, audit coordination, and management reporting, providing a foundation for long-term growth in financial leadership.

What Youll Do :

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with business units and validating assumptions.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts, ensure proper reconciliations, and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Manage and monitor accounts payable, receivable, and expense tracking to maintain cash flow accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP) and internal financial policies.
  • Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or NetSuite) for journal entries, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to drive insights for business decision-making.
  • Develop financial dashboards and management reports for leadership review.
  • Work closely with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring :

  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), IFRS, or US GAAP.
  • Experience in variance analysis, reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Exposure to corporate FP&A, management reporting, or financial automation tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GST, TDS, SEBI, Companies Act).
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, or project-based accounting.
  • Understanding of financial process optimization and automation using modern ERP or AI-driven tools
