Title : SharePoint Developer – Site Development & Maintenance

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : 2 - 3 years

Focus : Modernizing legacy workflows, developing and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, and integrating Microsoft 365 services.

🧩 What the Role Involves

Core Responsibilities

Development & Migration

Migrate legacy SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate and SPFx.

Build SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, and libraries.

Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and external systems using REST APIs.

Maintenance & Support

Perform site audits and performance checks.

Troubleshoot workflows, document issues / resolutions.

Maintain data security and governance compliance.

Collaboration & Integration

Work with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Integrate with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and possibly Power BI dashboards.

Provide user training and technical documentation.

Modernize legacy SharePoint Designer workflows into Power Automate or SPFx

Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites

Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)

Ensure governance, compliance, and performance

Collaborate with global stakeholders and provide documentation / training

Mandate skills :

✅ SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) – 8+ years

✅ SPFx (SharePoint Framework) – React, TypeScript

✅ Power Automate – migration and automation workflows

✅ REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, PnP JS

✅ Azure AD integration

✅ Strong front-end : JavaScript / React / HTML / CSS

✅ Good communication skills and Agile experience
