Responsibilities
- Build robust backend features using Ruby on Rails , PostgreSQL , Sidekiq , and Redis
- Own full-stack feature delivery, including frontend components (Hotwire or React)
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in sprints
- Write clean, testable code using RSpec or Minitest
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning
