We're growing fast and need someone in the founder's office to help us scale.
The Role
You'll work directly with the founders on whatever needs to get done—growth, operations, customer implementation, product testing, analysis, strategy.
This isn't a typical corporate job with a neat job description. Some days you'll be on customer calls. Other days you'll be analyzing data or building pitch decks. Sometimes you'll be configuring AI employees for new customers or testing product features.

What You'll Actually Do
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Help run and optimize our outbound channels : LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, content
Research and qualify leads—consumer brands with $1M-$50M revenue across industries
Jump on discovery calls when needed
Help create content that shows what our AI employees can do
Test new acquisition channels and report what works
Customer Implementation
Help onboard new customers from sale to go-live
Configure AI employees for different industries and use cases
Set up integrations with customer tech stacks
Join customer feedback sessions that directly shape our product
Troubleshoot issues and figure out solutions
Product & Operations
Analyze conversation data to find patterns and improvement opportunities
Test new features before we ship them to customers
Build templates and playbooks that make implementation faster
Track metrics and prepare reports for the founders
Handle operational tasks that don't fit anywhere else
Strategic Projects
Build pitch decks and demos for larger deals
Research competitors and market trends
Support fundraising, partnerships, or other founder priorities
Take on special projects as they come up
Who This Role Is For
You might be :
Fresh out of college, smart, and ready to be thrown into the deep end
1-3 years into your career and want broader exposure than your current role offers
Someone who learns fast and doesn't need hand-holding
You should have :
Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's being applied in real businesses
Ability to pick up complex concepts quickly and explain them simply
Strong communication skills—written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple things at once
Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
Self-motivation—you don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to have :
Experience with customers, sales, marketing, or operations
Technical background or comfort with tech / AI concepts
Previous startup experience
Deal-breakers :
Need for constant direction and structure
Expecting a 9-to-6 with clearly defined tasks
Not interested in getting your hands dirty with whatever needs doing
