Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for banquets, parties, birthdays, corporate events, and social gatherings. This role is crucial in driving revenue and expanding our local market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Banquet Sales, Party Sales, Birthday Celebrations & Event Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly targets
- Generate new leads through corporates, event planners, institutions & walk-ins
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, pricing & deal closures
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
- Promote brand packages, seasonal offers, and special events
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience as Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager in Hospitality
- Strong background in Banquet / Event / Restaurant Sales
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Strong local market knowledge of Ambala, Chandigarh & nearby areas
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
