Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operational functions of our India office.

This role is critical in ensuring the seamless running of our local operations finance, IT, HR and facilities.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, an operational mindset, and the ability to work closely with global teams while addressing the unique needs of our India location.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management : (Dotted line to Global Head of HR)

• Oversee all local HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and compliance with India labor laws.
• Partner with global HR leadership to align local practices with global policies and initiatives.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
