Ai Prompt Specialist

Role Overview

Setup customer support workflows using client shared SOPs. Craft high-impact prompts for AI agents to produce accurate responses. You will own end to end setup—from initial kickoff call to testing, iteration, and QA.

What you will Own

• Design end-to-end workflows & user journeys across industries
• Write & optimize prompts for accuracy, tone, and context
• Evaluate outputs via checklists / A-B tests, edge-case reviews, and user feedback
• Drive continuous quality improvements
• Troubleshoot response issues;

define guardrails and instructions to reduce hallucinations

What we are looking for

comfortable running lightweight experiments and reviews

no coding required (low / no-code builders a plus)
