Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff located in Pune. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting executive leadership, managing cross-functional projects, and streamlining activities to improve efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, coordinating with department heads, monitoring key performance indicators, and decision-making support. The individual will also be responsible for handling ad hoc projects and performing administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data analysis, financial management, and decision-making support
• Proficiency in using productivity software and tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant experience in a leadership position is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
