Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate People Success professional who loves hiring great talent and designing meaningful experiences for employees. This role is a blend of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement , ensuring we attract the right people and help them thrive within Hack2skill.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Manage end-to-end hiring across functions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline using platforms like , Naukri, and employee referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct HR rounds and negotiate offers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage recruitment dashboards, job postings, and applicant tracking systems.

Employee Engagement (20%)

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives : recognition programs, cultural activities, fun Fridays, festival celebrations, etc.
  • Support internal communication to foster a positive and informed work culture.
  • Assist in pulse surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning to improve employee morale.
  • Facilitate onboarding orientation, buddy programs, and new-joiner experience.
  • Participate in designing and implementing HR policies and wellness programs.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or broader HR roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR tools (ATS, HRMS) is a plus.
