About Position :

We are seeking a salesforce support engineer with hands-on experience in ITIL Processes, service cloud, data migration etc.,

What You'll Do :

Provide L3 support for Salesforce applications, resolving incidents and service requests.

Troubleshoot issues related to Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and integrations.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as data integrity checks, performance tuning, and security audits.

Monitor system health, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to analyze issues and propose solutions.

Apply Salesforce best practices for configuration changes and minor enhancements.

Manage deployments for patches and fixes using Salesforce DX and CI / CD pipelines.

Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes.

Stay updated with Salesforce releases to ensure compatibility and recommend necessary updates.

Expertise You'll Bring :

We are looking for an 5-7 year experienced Salesforce Support & Maintenance Specialist to ensure smooth functioning of Salesforce applications and integrations.

The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing Salesforce solutions, addressing user issues, and implementing minor enhancements to support business continuity.
