Brief on the ACE programme is below :

The Advanced Certificate of Excellence (ACE) is a comprehensive programme designed to create professional bankers ready to progress into middle and senior management positions in the future by taking them through an accelerated career long journey that involves :

• A learning and development programme with a focus on a multitude of banking pathways
• Placement in multiple front office and functional domains
• International assignments
• Leadership sponsorship

The training will be delivered by a mix of internal and external subject matter experts (external instructors and internal subject matter experts) and will also include senior guest speakers including Group Heads, so the participants have a 360 perspective of Mashreq business and the capital markets dynamics.
