Business Intelligence Developer Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & OBIEE

Location : Chennai, India.

Experience : 5- 10 Years.

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer with expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to design, build, and maintain cutting-edge analytics and reporting solutions.

You will work on modern cloud analytics while supporting and enhancing legacy reporting systems during migration or hybrid operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop & maintain FDI pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards for Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and CX domains.
  • Enhance and support OBIEE RPDs, reports, and dashboards to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Migrate / integrate OBIEE content into Oracle Analytics Cloud or FDI environments.
  • Customize and extend prebuilt FDI content with new KPIs and additional data sources.
  • Design data mappings, transformations, and ETL workflows between Fusion Applications, Data Warehouse, and reporting layers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning across FDI and OBIEE platforms.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 6+ years of experience in OBIEE (RPD development, dashboards, performance tuning).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) & Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and ETL / Data Integration tools (ODI / Data Management).
  • Data modeling, KPI definitions & metadata management skills.
  • Understanding of Finance, SCM, HCM, or CX business domains.

    • Good to Have :

  • Oracle certifications (OAC, Fusion, OBIEE).
  • Experience in cloud migration projects.
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
