Job Summary

Assist the Client Service - Technology team in their technology initiatives such as

• Help liaise with development team and end-user team members on issues being faced
• Help the client service teams by understanding and resolving queries of end-users
• Help with drafting of guidance material and education of end-user teams
• Draft communications to be sent to end-users on this initiative
• Test the new developments with different combinations of data and situations

Job Description :

Assist in the day-to-day activities on the internal software including the following tasks :

Qualification :

Graduate (Mandatory) with CA intermediate(Optional)

1 or 2 years experience in working on softwares

Excel skills and technology inclination is mandatory. Knowledge of Alteryx and Power Bi is an added advantage
