Role Overview

We’re looking for a Security and Investigation Manager to lead our company-wide security programs, investigations, and risk mitigation efforts. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety of our people, assets, infrastructure, and information. You’ll oversee physical and operational security across offices, factories, and logistics networks, while establishing robust investigation and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead Security & Investigations (S&I) strategy across Kazam’s facilities, offices, and operational sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and loss prevention measures for corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Oversee and manage internal investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and external authorities for case resolution and compliance.
• Implement and monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and emergency response plans.
• Partner with operations, HR, and compliance teams to foster a secure, integrity-driven work culture.
• Develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity (BCP) frameworks for critical functions.
• Manage third-party security vendors and guard force operations, ensuring high standards and contractual compliance.
• Generate security performance dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership and audits.
• Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams on emergency preparedness and site safety initiatives.
