Job description

We're seeking a talented video graphics animator with expertise in AI-generated content to produce high-quality short-form videos.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building end-to-end AI video pipelines using ComfyUI and other complementary tools. You'll create engaging AI influencer content, including persona development, lip-sync, expression control, and voice-to-video alignment.

  • Create visually stunning videos by experimenting with new models, motion modules, and control methods.
  • Design and iterate on workflows to ensure efficient production and consistent results.
  • Maintain high standards of quality through thorough testing and review processes.

What Success Looks Like (60–90 Days)

  • A reusable ComfyUI pipeline for AI influencer shorts with lip-sync and motion control.
  • A library of style presets and a prompt pack for at least 3 content series.
  • A cadence of 3–5 publish-ready clips / week meeting platform specs and brand guidelines.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • A portfolio showcasing your AI video work, including character-consistent content.
  • Expertise in ComfyUI, including custom nodes, graph optimization, batching, tiled diffusion, IP-Adapter / Control workflows, and model management.
  • Fundamental knowledge of diffusion / video concepts : prompting, seeds, CFG / schedulers, ref image conditioning, AnimateDiff / motion modules, control nets, frame interpolation, face restoration, upscaling, and deflicker.
  • Lip-sync / audio-driven animation experience and voice-to-video timing.
  • Proficiency in pro-level finishing in one or more : After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve / Fusion, or Nuke.
  • Solid motion design skills : type, layout, timing, easing, transitions, and sound design basics.
  • System ops savvy : GPU workflow know-how, VRAM budgeting, render queues, file / version hygiene, and documentation.

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with commercial AI video tools and 3D integration for camera or environment work.
  • Python familiarity for custom ComfyUI nodes or lightweight automation.
  • Brand / social chops : hook writing, pacing for retention, and UGC-native aesthetics.
