Weblogic Administrator

Experience - 4+ years

Education (MUST) - B.E / B.Tech (CS / IT only) or MCA (fulltime, no distance learning).

Must have oracle DB, weblogic.

Rotational shifts will be there.

Location Delhi

Responsibilities :

• WebLogic Installation, Upgrade & Patch Management – Ability to install WebLogic, perform upgrades, and apply critical / security patches across environments.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization – Expertise in tuning JVM, Work Managers, thread pools, and other WebLogic parameters for optimal performance.
• JMS (Java Messaging Service) & Queues Management – In-depth knowledge of JMS configuration, distributed queues, and troubleshooting message flow.
• Store-and-Forward (SAF) Agents – Ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAF agents for reliable messaging.
• Data Sources Configuration & Tuning – Advanced understanding of JDBC connection pools, multi-data sources, and performance tuning.
• Thread Dump, Heap Dump & GC Analysis – Capability to capture and analyze JVM thread / heap dumps and optimize garbage collection.
• WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool) & Automation – Proficiency in WLST scripting, automation for deployments, and environment management.
• Advanced Troubleshooting of Environment & Application Issues – Diagnose and resolve complex multi-tier problems impacting applications and servers.
• Application Deployment & Management – Experience in deploying EAR, WAR, and JAR files, version management, and rollback strategies.
• Monitoring & Diagnostics Tools – Expertise in using WebLogic Console, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and third-party tools for proactive monitoring and alerting.
