We are looking for a strategic and people-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational success at our Sirsa, Haryana office.

Salary : As per Industrial Norms

Language : Hindi, English, & Local Language

Experience Required : 2-3 years

Working Hours : 9 : 00AM to 6 : 00PM

Location : Sirsa, Haryana

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Drive organizational development and culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience as HR Head / HR Manager in a dynamic organization.

Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive change and foster a positive workplace culture.
