As we enter our 1-10 growth journey , we are looking for ambitious talent acquisition specialist to propel our next wave of growth.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the Lead Human Resources, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across tech, sales, and operations roles to support our company’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, experience in campus recruitment, and the ability to set up and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent to onboarding new hires, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment :

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for tech, sales, and operations roles.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Campus Recruitment :

Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to attract fresh talent from universities and colleges.

Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, placement cells, and student organizations.

Organize and participate in career fairs, workshops, and other campus events.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management :

Set up and configure the ATS to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Train hiring managers and HR team members on how to use the ATS effectively.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

Candidate Experience and Onboarding :

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Design and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new hires and help them integrate into the company culture.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed from day one.

Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Employer Branding :

Promote the company’s employer brand through compelling job descriptions, social media campaigns, and networking efforts.

Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Data and Reporting :

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Prepare regular reports for the Lead HR and senior leadership on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Collaboration and Support :

Work closely with the Lead HR to align recruitment strategies with overall HR goals and objectives.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as onboarding programs, employee engagement activities, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.

Experience with campus recruitment and setting up and managing an ATS is highly desirable.

Familiarity with hiring for tech, sales, and operations roles is a plus.

Skills and Competencies :

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor).

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
