Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager - Country Operations to lead and oversee the financial operations of our India entity.
This leadership role involves high accountability in statutory compliance, ERP implementation, reporting, and regional alignment.
The candidate will serve as a key business partner, ensuring financial governance while driving efficiency and supporting the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and robust financial controls in accordance with Indian regulations and global standards.
Oversee implementation, integration, and continuous enhancement of ERP systems to streamline finance operations.
Prepare, consolidate, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regional teams.
Drive end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the entity.
Build and manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Lead and mentor junior finance team members, ensuring high performance and compliance standards.
Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA / ACCA / CPA mandatory.
6-10 years of relevant experience in finance operations, reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team leadership experience preferred.
Strong expertise in IFRS, Indian tax laws, and multinational reporting frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a global environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite or equivalent).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
