Role Description

This full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role is located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and lead the maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the operational efficiency of machinery, supervising maintenance personnel, planning schedules for routine checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Package :

The package for this position is 3 -4 lakhs Per annum / CTC

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plastic Film Extrusion Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a similar industry is a plus
• Ability to work shifts.
