As an Events - Marketing Associate , you will play a critical role in supporting and executing marketing-driven events that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen industry engagement. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Support event logistics, including attendee registrations, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create event-related content, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
- Manage pre-event promotion and post-event engagement to maximize audience participation and retention.
- Engage with attendees before, during, and after events to drive meaningful interactions and collect valuable feedback.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
Requirements :
0-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Zoom, Eventbrite, Hopin).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Passion for technology, AI, and professional learning events.Role : Public Relations
