Own the full video lifecycle : ideation to publishing and performance analysis.
Grow our English YouTube channel and digital presence with data-driven strategies.
Stay ahead of digital trends, experimenting with new formats and platforms.
Collaborate with editorial, social, and visual teams to maintain a consistent news brand.
Mentor a talented team of producers, anchors, and editors.

Who We’re Looking For

11–14 years in digital journalism with a strong background in news channels or media houses.

Master’s in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.

Proven success growing digital video audiences on YouTube within the news space.

Excellent English language skills and storytelling for news audiences.

Deep understanding of production tools, editorial workflows, and platform algorithms in news media.

Experience leading creative teams in fast-paced news environments.
