Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Manager based in Turkey to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal control frameworks that support compliance, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across our local and regional operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing the internal control environment by working closely with business units, process owners, and cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify control gaps, and implement effective solutions. This role will also serve as a critical liaison during internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and continuous improvement of control processes.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design digital creatives for campaigns, partnerships, events, and social media posts (Instagram, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop marketing collateral such as banners, posters, merchandise, presentations, and event branding.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and BD teams to create visuals that align with campaign goals and Bybit's brand identity.

Adapt global visual guidelines to fit regional market trends and cultural nuances.

Create short-form motion graphics or GIFs for social and paid media campaigns.

Ensure visual assets are optimized for different platforms and maintain design consistency across all touchpoints.

Manage asset libraries and maintain version control for easy cross-team access.

Stay updated with design trends, crypto culture, and emerging visual formats.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

2-4 years of experience in graphic design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
