We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable SAP FICO Trainer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about teaching and have a solid understanding of SAP FICO modules. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of participants in SAP FICO.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver SAP FICO training programs to participants.
Create training materials, including presentations and handouts, tailored to different learning styles.
Assess trainee understanding and provide feedback and support.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO functionalities and training methodologies.
Facilitate hands-on exercises to enhance practical understanding of SAP FICO modules.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in SAP FICO modules with a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver training in an engaging manner.

Experience in creating educational materials and resources for training.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with trainees.
