Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior In-House Counsel located in Coimbatore. The Senior In-House Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across various business functions, managing legal risks, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and handling dispute resolution. The role includes advising senior management on legal matters, conducting legal research, and coordinating with external legal advisors when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Legal Research, Compliance, and Regulatory matters
• Experience in Drafting, Negotiating Contracts, and Legal Documentation
• Proficient in Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management
• Strong exposure to corporate law, commercial contracts, and cross-border legal matters.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the fintech or payment solutions industry is a plus
• 8–10 years of experience, ideally in both corporate and law firm environments.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
