Job descriptionProficient in C and C++ programming using Linux toolchains. Exposure to graphics APIs and 3D graphics concepts; experience with OpenGL and Vulkan is a significant advantage. Prior contributions to open-source Mesa drivers are highly desirable. Familiarity with source code control systems, especially git and Gerrit. Ability to write clean, high-quality code with meticulous attention to detail. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices. Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively develop and maintain Linux device drivers and RadeonSi Mesa user mode drivers.
- Design and implement new features for graphics drivers within the Mesa framework.
- Upstream code contributions : submit work for community review and merge into public driver repositories.
- Engage with the open-source community by reviewing contributions and addressing issues raised by users.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of solutions adhering to open-source and industry standards.
- Investigate, triage, analyze, and resolve issues reported by customers and QA teams.
- Debug and fix existing issues, while researching more efficient methods to achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with peers, partners, and community contributors.
