Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

A Sr. QA Engineer is responsible for end-to-end testing flows, develop robust automation scripts, and ensure superior product quality through advanced testing strategies and stakeholder collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Test Design & Execution : Leads test case design and reviews, handles complex scenarios.
• Bug Reporting & Tracking : Reviews bug reports, ensures quality and priority.
• Requirement Analysis : Drives requirement analysis discussions.
• Automation Testing : Mandatory - Advanced scripting and framework exposure.
• Test Planning & Strategy : Leads planning for features / modules.
• Communication & Collaboration : Cross-functional communication including PM / DevOps.
• Mentoring & Leadership : Mentors juniors and peers.
• Tool Expertise : Expertise in tools like Selenium, Jenkins, Git.
• Development / Deployment Process : Actively involved in prevention, validation, and risk mitigation during deployments.
• Client / Stakeholder Interaction : Regular updates and reporting.
• Ownership & Accountability : Owns features / end-to-end flows.
