About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 years of proven experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting technology-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
