Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role based on-site in Rajkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs, develop training programs, and support performance management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training & Development
• Knowledge of HR policies, Payroll Administration, and Benefits Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
