Site Supervisor oversees a construction site's daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, maintaining quality standards, enforcing health and safety regulations, and managing materials and resources. Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight : Ensure all work aligns with project blueprints, specifications, and deadlines.
Team Management : Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff, providing guidance and support.
Safety & Compliance : Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and manage accident protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Quality Control : Inspect work to ensure it meets established quality standards and building codes.
Resource Management : Monitor the use and condition of materials and equipment on site.
Communication : Act as a liaison between workers, management, clients, architects, and engineers, relaying instructions and progress reports.
Documentation : Keep accurate records of site activities, work done, material consumption, and daily reports.
