Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI & ML - Technical Presales Capability Lead to strengthen our presales efforts, drive innovation, and enable business growth across our global AI & ML practice. This leadership role combines deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science with strong client-facing, solutioning, and technical evangelism skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and presenting cutting-edge AI / ML solutions tailored to client needs, collaborating with sales and delivery teams, and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for digital transformation.

Solutioning & Technical Expertise

  • Design scalable AI / ML solutions leveraging supervised / unsupervised learning, generative AI, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and MLOps practices.
  • Translate business problems into technical architectures, use cases, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, cloud-native AI services, etc.).

Capability Development

  • Build and maintain reusable AI / ML solution accelerators, frameworks, and demos.
  • Drive enablement programs for sales and delivery teams to increase AI / ML knowledge.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to strengthen go-to-market (GTM) offerings.

    • Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor for CxOs and senior stakeholders on AI / ML adoption strategy.
  • Present complex technical solutions in a simple, business-focused manner.
  • Engage in thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry forums.

    • Presales Leadership

  • Partner with sales, solution architects, and business development teams to shape winning AI / ML solutions for RFPs, RFIs, and client pursuits.
  • Conduct client workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate AI / ML solution value and differentiation.

    • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of AI / ML algorithms, frameworks, and platforms .
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and MLOps .
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SQL, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs .
  • Excellent presales and client-facing communication skills —able to translate technical depth into business value.
  • Proven ability to lead RFP responses, solution proposals, and executive-level presentations .
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills to drive capability growth.
