Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors SCDP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and must have led at least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects . You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Skills :

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation.
• Experience with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes .
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals .
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
