This role focuses on discovering business rules, defining data standards, and supporting HRIS initiatives through the full project lifecycle—from discovery to go-live. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with HR domain knowledge to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Data Quality & Governance
- Discover and document business rules and data standards for HR processes.
- Analyze data connections and dependencies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Build and maintain a cycle for validating and enforcing data quality rules.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Manage requirements through UAT and go-live phases.
- Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
- HRIS Expertise
- Work extensively with Workday HRIS systems to manage data flows and integrations.
- Apply HR terminology and best practices to system configurations and reporting.
- Measurement & Scaling
- Develop frameworks for measuring data quality and system performance.
- Support scaling of HR technology solutions across the organization.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business analysis or data quality management, preferably within HR technology environments.3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HRIS systems, including data integrations and reporting.Strong proficiency in data quality frameworks, rule discovery, and validation processes.Solid understanding of HR data structures, terminology, and compliance requirements.Proven track record managing projects through discovery, UAT, and go-live phases.Skilled in identifying data issues, defining standards, and implementing scalable solutions.Required Skills
Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Proficiency in data quality management tools.Preferred Skills
Experience with additional HR technology platforms.Knowledge of data governance best practices.Pay range and compensation package
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Location : Remote – preferably in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore, India
