Job descriptionEducation : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA Experience : 8 - 10 years in IT Project Management with NBFC / Banking / Fintech domain exposure Proven experience in leading project teams and managing external vendors Strong understanding of tech systems used in NBFCs : LOS, LMS, mobile / web apps, APIs, integrations Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus Exposure to regulatory integrations (CKYC, CIBIL, UIDAI, etc. Familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience in managing UI / UX, QA, and DevOps teams
Job Description - Chief Manager IT - Digital Project Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects across business functions (e.g., LOS, LMS, KYC, Collections).
- Manage internal project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to gather and define requirements.
- Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management for technology partners.
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
- Maintain detailed documentation – BRD, FRD, SOPs, UAT scripts, and test cases.
- Conduct regular project status reviews with internal leadership and external partners.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure project adherence to IT governance, audit, and compliance standards.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adoption.
