Job descriptionValidate and reconcile payroll data in Workday and related systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Support payroll transformation initiatives and year-end activities. Generate reports for audits and provide root cause analysis on issues.
Role Responsibilities :
- Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple states and entities.
- Manage audits, tax compliance, off-cycle payments, and garnishments.
- Collaborate with HR and internal teams for payroll accuracy and issue resolution.
- Handle payroll queries via ServiceNow and ensure data confidentiality.
