Job description

Job Title : MERN Stack Developer

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model)

Experience : 4–6 Years

Type : Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer who can build high-quality, scalable web

applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, own feature development end-to-end, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.Js, React, and Node.Js
  • Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Develop reusable UI components using React, Redux / Context
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend components
  • Optimize performance, improve application scalability, and ensure security best practices
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth releases
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to best practices adoption
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with MongoDB data modeling and database performance tuning
  • Solid knowledge of Express.Js and Node.Js backend development
  • Proficiency in React.Js, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API)
  • Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
  • Experience with Git, CI / CD tools, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure)
  • Good understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)

    • Good to Have

  • Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth)
