About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Oracle Fusion Consultants . The selected candidates will be trained and guided by experienced consultants in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across HCM, SCM, and Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured training on Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM, SCM, Finance).
- Assist in configuration, testing, and documentation of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Support in business requirement gathering and functional documentation.
- Help analyze business processes and suggest improvements using Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Participate in user training and go-live support activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation and issue logs.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Training in Oracle Fusion is mandatory.Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes (Finance / HR / Procurement / Inventory / Supply Chain).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.Certification or coursework in Oracle Fusion Cloud or ERP (preferred but not mandatory).Training And Growth
